[60.000-70.000 words] Trapped in a Japanese occupied island, Jules West and other allied soldiers were fighting for their survivals. Facing losses and mental breakdown were not their only problems since the whole island tried to kill them. It had been one year since Jules saw the outside world. For one year he stayed beneath the hundred years old European Cathedral, cut off from everything that happened in the world. He felt like an alien, a sewer monster that crept in the dark and leapt and consumed everyone who passed him. He felt filthy. A brutal war. A girl raised as a proud soldier, all too willing to fight and die for her country. A man whose life has been shattered, remade into one of fear and rage and hate. A boy who is caught in the web of politics, who experiences horrible things not meant for anyone, much less a child as young as he. This is a tale of two countries at war, and the lives of the people who reside there, featuring some supernatural powers, heavy religion, and some quite frankly terrible people. Before humans were created the Earth we lived in was divided by both light and darkness. One section was divided with darkness and the other half with light, among the light and the darkness. Regular Humans lived . They lived in isolation among themselves thinking that this was the law, And believing that they weren't so much alike. It has been like this for centuries, until 'the all soo power one' saw how truly discord and sinful the two clans had become with each other. They then concluded to create "Night" and "Day" which shone during their specific time period.
