Si Girl, may malalang sakit, malapit ng mamatay, may taning na ang buhay ngunit puno pa rin ng pag-asa.

Si Boy, healthy, pero pariwara, suicidal, at walang direksyon ang buhay. Umiikot ang mundo sa pambababae, parties, at kung ano-ano pang kabulastugan.

It is destiny that made their fate collide when the boy accidentally found a yellow notebook that contains a list he never thought existed.

Unexpectedly, that notebook gave him another hope. To live and love his life to the fullest. He regretted all of his doings, realizing that he is lucky to not be in the position of the owner of the notebook.

Wanting so bad to thank the owner, he desperately search for her. Wishing and hoping that she's still alive, for him to be able to say his 'thank yous'.
