For almost a year, Miles has been the one and only Spider-Man in his universe. Ever since Miles and his alternate friends saved Brooklyn from being destroyed by King Pin, the gang had to eventually return back to their home universe, making MIles the only Spider-Man in his universe.
A year had passed and a new girl came into Miles' school. Becoming friends, the girl started to have somewhat feeling for the boy without Miles noticing. Becoming close friends, Miles noticed that she was also a person with superpowers. To make his job easier, Miles decided to help and train the girl.
During the process, Miles met a friend that he thought he would never see again.

What both of them don't know in their delicately blossoming romance is that they have often faced each other as enemies. Miles is SPIDER-MAN and Gonzalo is the PROWLER. Spider-Man believes in forgiveness and justice. The Prowler, however, as an anti-hero, only wants revenge for the trauma he suffered. He is of the opinion that criminals do not belong in court or in prison, but rather exterminated. Both hate each other and bombard each other with one exchange of blows after another. Until the Prowler accidentally loses control of his rage and seriously injures Spider-Man.
