( just wanna get this out of the way I do not own my hero academia or any art used in this fanfic unless otherwise stated I just own the fanfic plot and a oc or two. Kyoka tops in this story just a warning in this au 40% of the population has a soulmate and everyone has a quirk the 20% of the population that would have been quirkless have what is called a supporter quirk that isn't very useful on its own but it greatly improves their soulmates quirk like the water hose duo one can make water so the other can control it and ua starts as a hi school and is also a university so it takes longer to graduate than cannon the start of this fanfic is the typical forgotten abused izuku story that many people use but I'm going to make it as original as I can so it will be interesting to read and fresh please don't take what I'm about to say out of context I am not throwing shade at other writers especially since this is my first fanfic but I swear I have read tons of stories where it looks like someone copied and pasted an entire chapter from another story I don't want this story to be like that I wan it to be uniquely mine that's about it with the major change's to the world also expect relatively slow updates because this is my first story and I have work and school thank you for understanding)

Kyoka Jiro: quirk class main quirk name earlobe jack through the jacks at the end of her earlobe she can increase the sound of her heartbeat to attack.
