No one knew about her, which, in hindsight, probably would have been best if it had stayed that way. But it hadn't, and now she's forced to face the problems that come with it.
When the daughter of the infamous S-Rank criminal Uchiha Itachi is taken by Leaf shinobi, no one quite knows what to do. They can't just send her on back to the Akatsuki and she certainly wasn't about to stay and give her enemies information about her fathers organization. So, they compromise.

" Yes, that will be the only sacrifice to get your second chance," replied the voice. Sakura was determined to get a second chance. " Alright, I accept." "Your second chance is granted."
