The pot was bubbling beside her, the colour of the liquid transforming as she added in the ingredients. Genevieve had been practising her potions all day and couldn't seem to get any right. She didn't understand how she followed the same recipes as her mother but had never made a successful one herself. She stirred the pot and looked down at her grandmother's recipe.

"And I haven't lost my mind, it's true." "He's right, Jay, I made a knife float in midair," Lily says. "No, it's been too long. Why is it affecting people now?" "What are you talking about?" I ask. M A G E
A Story of Love and Magic! - What a tangle love is. She had grown up expecting love to bestow dignity and direction. It had not. Instead a triangle had formed, and to exist, the triangle demanded three complementary elements: power, love and danger. Mixed incautiously, these elements were volatile and potentially explosive. The three of them were about to learn the hard way. ** The story is a first draft. Not edited. Sorry for any mistakes, I will edit eventually. *** Also, and very important to note, I'm no expert in herb uses. Any mention of herbs and their potential healing properties is purely fantasy and is completely made up and is only mentioned for the sake of storytelling and is absolute FICTION!
