Every thirteen year old is given a notebook where they are able to write to their soulmate. When Izuku got his he had never really wanted to do it, he always thought it was weird. But he soon felt alone and he wanted to talk to someone so he decided to write to his soulmate. 




And the two got along through writing and he always feels happy... but his father won't allow them to be together he won't let anyone get near Izuku and he does all he can to keep them away from each other

Of course nothing ever just gose according to plan for the main character, so of course both he's soulmates try to be friends with him, Katsuki trying to rebuild there relationship while Kaminari just feels the need to be around the other two. It just means that when someone is faced with torture or something similar to it you will gain a quirk. It's pretty rare so he doesn't use it much. This quirk allows the owner to have a certain thing happen to him based on his emotions. Deku had gone through a Femboy phase so he just goes with it now, no matter what people say or think and somehow got a harem along the way. He has grown mentally and physically tough so it's hard to get to his heart. Will his harem the consist of his classmates be able to break down the layers to this badass femboy's heart or not. Trust for Izuku Aizawa was a fickle thing, he'd constantly be forced to switch between trusting someone with his whole heart to hating them with every fiber of his being. Such was the story of his father, his teachers, his classmates, his old friends, hell even his own mother (though he never did or ever could hate her). The only person he trusted was his sister and it stayed that way for a long, long time. It stayed that way until he was adopted by Shouta Aizawa and Hizashi Yamada, he gained a new brother and sister both of whom he loved dearly.
