Dreamers and Deceivers Records

"Dear Reader,

This is the shortest collection you will find in the Abnormal Archive as very little is known concerning the Abnormals classified as Dreamers. It has been speculated that perhaps these records are more fiction than truth as the city in which these accounts occur has yet to be identified on any map, it does not help that the city was never named in any of these accounts. However, references to the Dream Market do provide some validation, as several of these markets are known to have existed and may still exist in some areas of the world. The Dreamer Abnormal classification encompasses a vast number of Abnormal traits as the population of each variant is too minimal to receive their own individual classifications. It can be argued that all those placed under the classification Dreamer have similar or related abilities, if not exact.
