The Game Begins

[Subaru x Reader]

-Will commence after book's 1-2 are completed-

(Y/n) works a part-time job in a sports station, working long hours behind the scenes, and collecting new scoops on recent games. She loves the job but hates the low pay. However, it's not something she can easily change by simply quitting to find more work, as support from her family is no longer an option.

On one of her newer assignments, (y/n) is lucky enough to stumble upon a rising star in basketball. This man is currently playing for Meiji but is hoping to make it far in the big leagues.

The basketballer peaks (y/n)'s interests, despite his often neutral exterior, and after several chances of meeting, she decides to take a leap of faith... She can only hope its not for naught.
