The Revolution was won, but life hadn't changed for Leah Collins. She got up, she ate, she slept, and she repeated. Left in a home with nothing but dust gathering on cracked picture frames, Leah was perfectly content to stare at her ceiling for the next few months until her inevitable death whilst sighing at every minor inconvenience that invaded her life.
And then a really big inconvenience showed up at her door, and his name was Connor.

He walks over to me and hesitantly places his hand on my chest, "What are you doing?" I ask. He shakes his head but doesn't say anything, I watch as He places his hand over my heart, I'm sure he can feel how fast it's beating. His hand slides up my neck and rests on my cheek, my eyes flutter shut and he pulls me closer to him.
