You and Reid are partners, no matter what. You two are always together. You have a close relationship, but you don't ever date. You remain single. No, Reid doesn't get his season 8 gf. This all takes place in seasons one and two. 
Elle doesn't leave the bau in this story so yay. Hotch doesn't leave either. Gideon never leaves.
