Are you staying in Konoha? great. Can you say hi for me to a kid...? Don't worry it's impossible to miss him out. His hairs always reflect the light of the sun in them and his eyes can make you drown in the biggest of oceans.

He also haves that beatiful smile. His biggest trait...

You know what? Just search for a child that has the ability to make the brightest of stars jealous, because it'll never shine as purely as he does.

Or will it?

...Poor soul. Has your sensei not thaught you to look beyond the deception?

It turns out this boy is incredible at acting. I mean, always smiling with a broken heart isn't an easy task.. Yet, he does it on a daily basis, maybe for work, maybe for self protection.

No one, maybe not even himself, has seen the scared boy that hides behind the many masks he created.

And that's how it all began. When he was assigned to his bigger nightmare:

Protecting a bunch rookies

What will happen?

Will Naruto be able to manage acting happy and goofy all of the way? Or will his mask break when the burden becomes to much?

But most importantly, will he be able to feel again?

Read to find out!!!

Also, I got bored of the cliche stuff, so this story is going far away from canon and other Anbu fanfics I've read (they're really good but I'm crazy so yeah)

DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT OWN NARUTO OR THE CHARACTERS IN ANY WAY, if I did a lot of people would be returning from their graves. Credits of the characters to Kishimoto-sensei :3

This is my first time writing something ever, I'm really doing my best so, have mercy on me pls.

"I thought you knew from the start." "What?" He asks with certain coldness lingering in his tone. "That I'd never leave you." I let out a soft chuckle at my own words before continuing,"I mean, how could I? When my heart is so attached to you." My words are met with silence making my lips turn into a thin line. "Why?" The absurdity of the question makes me look at the person sitting beside me. Only for our eyes to meet. His onyx coloured eyes stared back at me. His expression was as stoic as ever. I let my head shake slightly at his dumbness. "You understood me in a way no one else ever did." "What if I can't offer you that understanding anymore?" He asks with an arched brow. His question made me turn my gaze back to my hands that laid in my lap. I fiddled with my fingers for some moments. "It doesn't matter." I continue, "you understood me back then, that's enough for me." ----- A rouge ninja, a S rank criminal, a man who killed his clan. A man despised by all the villagers. Saruto Hyuga: The Last Generation by ruby_myalias
58 parts Complete
Saruto Hyuga, an orphan in Konoha village, finally gets an answer to his life-long question. Once a boy with no history, no hope and no parents, he figures out he's the child of the missing heroes of Konoha, Sarada Uchiha and Boruto Uzumaki. The boy, harnessing powers of generations past, goes on an illegal journey outside his country to get more power and more answers when a long-time brewing war begins to finally boil over and start around him. Saruto-who took the news carelessly has actively converses with a former antagonist of Konoha who orally promises the boy an explanation as to why he's the last blood of three extinct clans, causing Saruto to indirectly participate in the war. Only with that, events leading after this affects everything until seemingly antagonistic figures ruins the near climax of one of the greatest and deadliest wars in shinobi history. ---- 🌟 Needs extreme editing. 🌟 BIG WARNING! I am constantly changing details in the story so nothing is set even if it's marked complete. I'm talking major details and plot points can be changed. Fanfiction I do not own the Naruto or Boruto series nor all of the mutual characters and concepts presented in this book. This will be in a "manga" style so if this little warning is still here, it means this story is a backbone to my plot and I will probably add fillers and elaboration on important information later. All images don't belong to me. This book will include a lot of spoilers to the Boruto and (if you hadn't read it yet) Naruto series. I suggest reading the mangas and watching the animes first before reading this.
We Are Shinobi (Naruto Fanfic) by Rosaline898

What is a Shinobi? Misaki often finds herself questioning that. From a small village, she had no choice but to become a ninja. Her leader needed her skills... but she wanted nothing more than to lead a normal life. Ninja from her small village die on missions and when she requests a leave, she's sent out of the village instead. How will she do when she is assigned a mission to Konoha? Will a certain ANBU change her mind about the Shinobi world, in spite of his own hatred for this life as well? What will happen when a strange figure saves Misaki's life then offers her a deal down a dark, unknown path? 《★☆★☆★》 ≪This story explores the world of Naruto, starting just before his birth. Drawing parallels from Kakashi's life to Misaki's, it narrows in on friendship, confusion, betrayal, hatred, and what it truly means to be a Shinobi.≫ 『Excerpt from the story:』 "...what does it mean to be a Shinobi in this village? Just to die... be killed without reason. It's all so pointless." His eyes shimmer with pain. I know the look as I have seen it on myself in the mirror. His voice has lost its lazy monotone and is spiked with emotion I never thought the ANBU was capable of. "Ninja don't die for no reason... they live to die for the ones they care about... to protect their village and-" the last word is barely audible, "-comrades." He leaves without another word, sliding his ANBU mask on and disappearing into the night air. Had I said something wrong? 《★☆★☆★》
