Car racing is illegal in London, meaning, of course, that it's still done anyway. Gears and Steam, a small team of racers consisting Edmund, a mechanic who just wants to forget his past, Freddie, a concerned manager that just wants what's best for her family, and Theo, a racer who will stop at nothing to protect his team, would give anything to win the latest Grand Prix. London's police force would do anything to shut down the races. The two sides of this legal war collide when Jules, a young undercover agent, is sent to investigate and shut down the races. Jules believes he's meant for this job, but unexpected bonds with the members of Gears and Steam only leads to betrayal. He finds that lying might be harder than he thought.
