Emiko was never the social type she's spent her first 2 years of high school hiding out in the library with her three friends. So imagine her surprise when her friends are suddenly dragging her off towards the lunch hall and introducing her to their friends. Emiko was quick to shy away from the new scene and take comfort in the café where she works only for her peace to be interrupted by a tall, brooding figure who seems to enjoy scoffing and snarling at the poor girl.

Emiko is sure that her encounter with the brooding man was a once in a lifetime thing only to have him show up time and time again. What will happen between the two antisocial figures will sparks set off replacing the scoffs and snarls, or are the scoffs and snarls here to stay.

Honestly, I suck at writing descriptions but I gave it my best shot. I hope that you give the book a chance!
