A collection of poems, letters, and prose I've written in the past 3 years.
These are the first words I share publicly. They were written for someone who was aching for love again and written about those who kept me in pain, long, long ago. And now I share these words so you can find comfort in them knowing that heartache comes from every and any relationship. And while our coping mechanisms may differ, the one thing we have in common, stranger, is our search for words that can only begin to describe what we feel.
You and I know that pain is universal. Pain never dies. And will always come back.
Same as my words. I will always be here when you need me.

Life experiences
I've been through my own struggle, whether it was created in my head by way of prolonged sadness or bitterness/resentment, or if I was struggling with things I had no control over like failed friendships, a broken heart, or family drama. Everything I've always dreamt of was a fairytale type of romance. Everything I've ever wanted was to find my prince charming, one who buys me flowers and chocolates. She uses a Ouija board to try and contact them. But it's not her family that she reaches... "Is anyone there?" The eye moved to the 'Yes' " Are you my mother?" It goes to the 'No' very quickly. "Are you my father?" It goes to the 'No' "Then are you my brother....?" I trail off. This is scaring me. It slowly goes to the 'No.' "Then... Who are you? Read to find out more. A Broken Optimist
She's a lost soul, searching for Froot Loops in a world of Cheerios. Emotions. Inflicted by words, Creating signals to connect those emotions. A pang in your heart, the dull ache of love, a tedious, meaningless thing to some. The entire thing to others. Confusing, at the least. All consuming, at the most. We bundle it inside, Hide it in boxes, In the deepest crevices of our persona, Then suddenly, it burst free, tumbling into the atmosphere, filling every hour, every moment. Words convey it. Words share it. Through words, our emotions are liberated. Disclaimer: I wrote this throughout the course of a year. It had its ups and it's down in emotion. It ends on a happy note, I think. It has some overdramatic things in which my past self annoys me sometimes. But it also has some good pieces of thought. The world sucks. I can't promise that it's not going to suck, Because it probably always will. But there will be times Where the good in the world Makes it suck a little less.Complete
Bright Blood
I inhaled her scent, making sure she wasn't on anything that I wouldn't want in my system, letting the sweet scent of her blood call to my hidden fangs. They descended and I nuzzled my way down her neck, teasing the flesh above the sweet spot before sinking my teeth into her, letting just a small taste of her blood touch my tongue. I savoured it, letting the flavours tell me all about her diet and health.
