In a universe where multiple worlds converge whether they be magic, technological, or super powered there are criminals everywhere. To combat this the worlds created a police force to go around and keep the piece between worlds. This police group has a few interesting people called the Master Builders. People with the ability to build anything from nothing.

However along with good Master Builders there are bad. One such known as The Alchemist a prodigy Builder who uses both magic and science. Now the M.W.P.D brings up a new task force exclusively for Builders to hunt them down and capture these Rogue Builders.All Rights Reserved
