Ianira Chung was an apathetic girl, she didn't care for anything or anybody. That's not to say she was a bad person, in fact, she was a pretty good person, it's just that she was a bit two-faced, showing people a part of her that didn't really exist just so that she could live peacefully.

She wanted to care about something or someone, she truly did, she just couldn't, not because she was physically incapable of it, but because she was scared. Ianira had the weird ability of prophetic dreams. She knew exactly what would happen, where it would happen, who it would happen to, but never when. The problem was, that her dreams were never good, it was always about a tragic event in some way shape or form, wether it be a family death or fatal car accident.

She chose not to care about anyone or anything out of the fear she would face if someone or something she was attached to would be hurt. She closed off her feelings to the world.

So what happens when she meets one of the people in her dreams? What happens when the dream turns out to be good? Who is this person with the golden snake tattoo on their forearm? And why does he know about her dreams?

A/N: Ianira is pronounced as E-yon-ir-uh, it is a Greek name that means Enchantress. Also, this is my first book so please understand if my wording or the rhythm is a little off. Thank you.
