Scattered across a vast, dangerous island, a few people wake up with no recollection of who they are or how they got there. Drawn together by chance, instinct and faith, they must find out what happened. As a group, they go on an adventurous journey to find themselves and their memories, beat monsters and fight for their team, their family, meeting new allies along the way. But the truth they uncover might be far darker than they imagined... After the Waves devastated the Earth, modern society collapsed. Governments didn't know what to do, and much of the world's treaties and society's pre-imposed rules went out the window. A survival for the fittest. For Tommy, his life of gaming for hours on end was disrupted, and he couldn't go back. Days of screwing around on minecraft servers were gone, and more than half of his friends had either died or gone missing.
