Danielle is the new Alpha of the Star pack. After her parents were murdered the position was passed down to her. At 15 years old, and just had her first shift, she depends on her dads Beta, James. James is helping her through all of the Alpha work and also training her and her new wolf to be as strong as an Alpha should be. But will she ever be strong enough to protect her pack and herself in time? With the rouges that killed her parents after her James has put her into a high school to protect her identity. She even has to disguise he scent as a human because werewolves are at the school as well. All is going as plan so far until she finds her mate at the school. She realizes she must avoid skin to skin contact with him, and wear contacts so that he won't be able to tell she is his mate. Will she be able to control her wolf and continue the plan to save herself and her pack or will she give in to the bond?

Ellis Awram has just graduated from high school and got accepted into Robert Franklinsberg's University, in the Adirondack mountains, located in upstate NY. She wanted to get to know the town of Franklinsberg before moving there in August. So she rents a cabin outside of Saranac Lake to explore nature and get to know the town. But on her first night there, something ancient within her awakens after a wolf attack. This alerts the local Saranac Pack, who sees her as a rogue. She is then captured and put into their prison, awaiting the return of the Alpha and Beta of the pack to return from their trip and decide her punishment. No one believes her when she says she has no idea what a rogue is. They all know she's not human, like them, but she doesn't. With no one believing her she can only pray that the leaders of the pack will hear her out. The next night, Alpha Archer and Beta Ridge return. The Alpha then asks Ridge to help take care of the annoying rogue that the pack has warned them about. Ridge has been looking for his mate since he was 16, now at 21, he has almost given up hope. But then he discovers that the " rouge" his pack captured is none other than his mate. What will happen when Ridge sees his mate for the first time?
