I'm not really sure where this story is going but here's what I'm starting with. 

Izuku Yagi is not quirkless but people believe he is as his 'parents' told him to never use it. 

Izuku has a twin, Izumi and Katsuki has a twin, katsumi. 

These three bully 'Deku' but Katsuki honestly doesn't care wether Izuku's quirkless or not and is going to show that.All Rights Reserved
