What would they do to satisfy their hunger? How long will it be until they go insane? For these competitors, they'll do anything to win, even if it means eating their friends. Four has always loved the idea of revival but never got the hang of it. Despite this, the integer, along with their pal X, starts a game show with 64 competitors taking part. All is well until a problem occurs. The objects start to complain about their hunger, which has never been a problem for algebraliens like Four. And so, these objects are stranded in an unfamiliar land, one without food, one without family, one without rules. In this land of zero contact, objects begin to starve, objects begin to go insane. Maybe it is up to a brave few objects to try to take control and limit the deaths and cannibalism. However, will they use their power for good? Or will they abuse it to the point of no return? And as for those other objects... They're hungry. And they'll do anything it takes to survive. Hidden deep in the California valley is the Aves Department for the infamous C.R.O.S.S. Laboratories. Offered an internship this esteemed genetic research lab, biology graduate Aurora Hall felt like she was living the dream. However, she soon begins to question the commonality of all the locked doors and vague answers from the shady staff. When she finds an abandoned ID badge with access to the highly restricted Section 3, she can't help but take a look. What she finds makes her question why she was picked as an intern, and she is faced with a choice that threatens to uproot everything she knows about science, humanity, and even love. ▪️▪️▪️ I flattened my palm on the cold glass and held my breath. My heart raced as I watched him tentatively lifting his hand to reach mine. Then I saw it. A flash of white in corner of my vision. Turning my focus away from the man, I focused on the white shape behind him. Craning my neck, I tried to inspect it further but my confusion only grew when I recognized it to be a patch of white feathers. Wait...feathers? He must have noticed my gaze because his lips quirked up into a proud smile and suddenly the patch of white grew into an entire wing. As her grandmother lies dying in a witch infirmary, Cora's mother, Diana, takes control of the family and informs her sisters that their next spell will bring down the High Blood Coven, an order of vampires responsible for regulating demonic and occult activity on earth. The only problem? Cora's grandmother has sealed the Kemp Family Grimoire. Diana tasks Cora with unlocking the ancient book, but there's a catch. This task will bring Cora closer to darkness than ever before, because she must murder her grandfather with a box given to her by the Demon Prince of Hell. Before Cora can set her plan in motion, Aunt Chastity brings her favorite demon in on the deal, and his presence draws a very handsome member of the High Blood Coven.
