My eyes traveled up to the top of my face where they met their own reflection consisting of two bright yellow eyes, black slits down the middle. My breathing became ragged. “This isn’t supposed to happen yet!” I said aloud, forgetting that Lily may still be in my presence. "Lily?" I squeaked.

She had already skedaddled out of my room. I wish I could've done the same.
