Marc was patrolling in Central Park until some weird stuffs happen here.
Like a giant puppet using a deadly sound-wave, an army of small talking yellow perverts cats, etc.

But looks like Bitsy really want t buy this park to build her empire. But not only that. But she also hire some workers to get rid of Marc and accomplish her plans.
