Kanako Ouma -- the younger half of the Ouma Twins, second to be born. After their parents' death, the two of them ran off together to fend for themselves. Eventually, they created D.I.C.E, a small group of young orphaned pranksters who spent their days wreaking havoc in small ways. Kokichi was the leader, with Kanako running other things behind the scenes as the second in command...even when they were scouted by Hope's Peak, she was the Ultimate Co-Commander. She's fed up with always being second best...but she doesn't know how to fix that, and doesn't want to hurt her brother more than he already has been.
