My Bleeding Dark Heart (IzuJirou)

Izuku Midoriya, U.A's first ever quirkless hero student and due to this he is looked down upon by his class.
The only one's who stand by him are his childhood friend's Kyouka, Ejirou, Mina and Denki, alongside Class 1B and his teacher/father Shouta Aizawa.
Due to this he was on a lot of medication for his mental issues, an effect of being abused throughout his entire life.
To his peers he gained the reputation of delinquent even though he is the strongest physically and aced any exam given.

After a certain incident caused him to spiral deeper down, he makes a decision.
A decision that sends shockwaves through U.A and society.
After his decisions a suitcase is found and what was inside was not something they could've imagined.
