Steps to  allow chrome to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings. Open Run window, type control and hit enter, control panel window will open. Below are the Some methods whch can resolve it


Method One: Windows Firewall
Method Two: Changes in Antivirus Settings

Go to Settings
Open Windows Security
Open Virus and Threat Protection and Click on Manage Settings
Scroll down to "Exclusion" section
Add Chrome in the "Exclusion" section
Select the Chrome folder say C: Program Files(x86)
Select and Save Changes
