An extraordinarily sweet collection of letters I would have loved to receive if I was born in the era of a bustling New York full of tens of thousands that spoke hundreds of different languages and all people looked different. The letters are written to a young girl I imagined her name being Annabelle from an un named writer who writes about being on the ship, entering New York, the Immigration process, working in sweatshops, and everything inbetween
