Laela may seem like a normal girl when you meet her, she's very outgoing, not really shy, and very talkative. But at home it's a different story, she doesn't talk to anyone. She takes care of her little brother Zakari because either her mother is never home, or she is never sober. Laela's mom became an alcoholic after her father passed away in a car accident. Now her mom takes out her frustration on Laela by beating her when she does/mentions something that reminds her mom of the accident. One day Laela discovered the band One Direction, and now she is sneeking out with her friend Sam to go to their concert. When she meets the boys they become instant friends, but will she leave her life behind for them? Will she go back for Zakari? Or will she even try to run away? All she knows is that she needs to get her and her brother out of that hell house fast. Will she drag the boys in the mess she calls her life?

"I bet you weren't expecting any of this when you picked two little girls up off the streets," I say dryly, remembering the first time I met them. "You're probably right," Zayn speaks from in between us, "but we also didn't expect to love those two girls like family either." ✩✩✩✩✩ When Olivia and Lyla's mom runs off due to a big meltdown of hers, the two 7-year-olds are forced to go and bring her back home, due to their father's being off in jail. Whilst walking around the dimly-lit streets of London late at night, five curious boys decide to help the lost children, somewhere along the way claiming them as their own. Will their parents fight to get them back or will they leave the little girls forgotten? est// 8.13.14 the beginning of this book is super duper dumb, but we swear it gets better Copyright © 2014/2015 rain_autumn This book or any portion thereof may not be reproduced or used in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of the publisher.
