What if Draco Malfoy had a redemption arc like Zuko's? Will Draco be accepted into the Golden-trio's group? Or will he have to find his own path? Will he give up and return home and beg for forgiveness?

I'm so excited to write this! I had a sudden inspiration today, I really don't know where it came from. I think Draco deserves more of a redemption arc than Snape (sorry Snape Fans but I will not budge on this.) 

If there is a FanFic like this anywhere, I was unaware. All the ideas that are written into this fanfic are original (except, the obvious stuff that happens in the book).

Harry realizes the hidden horrors of his years at Hogwarts and, together, with the help of Hermione, the two formulate a plan to redeem it all. Though, when it all goes sideways, Death shows himself to Harry, his master, and offers him a once in a lifetime opportunity. Will he take it? -- WARNINGS: 1. Someone is at Hogwarts, trying to bring Harry to Voldemort. Is it Draco Malfoy? Or a new follower of Voldemort? Harry struggles with coming to terms with his destiny and losing Sirius. He pushes his friends away, but they don't let him. Harry finds himself falling in love, but he isn't the only one. I wrote this 15 years ago right after book 5 came out. Back then there wasn't any Facebook, Pottermore, fanfiction.net or Wattpad and the most lbgt examples I had was with Willow on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Will & Grace. So this book has no slash or ships outside of normal relationships. So sorry, no Drarry (i don't think that word existed back then). I'm pretty sure ship was just a boat back then too. I could conceivably rewrite it but I feel it would be compromising my original work so I will post it as is. I wrote it before Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince came out. I say again that no part of the story relates to JK's book six or seven. I wrote it before the book was released. A summary of the book is that all I had was the title of JK's book, so I wrote about a Half Blood Prince. I tried to stay as consistent with canon up to book 5 including necessary filler to make a complete book. Note that the chapter art is mine and I'm definitely an aspiring artist. Just joking, I made it in paint. All rights and credit goes to JK and whoever else for her super awesome story!
