Special Valentine's Gift

It's their first Valentine's together since getting married and Joe wants to get his wife something extra special. He finds it in a rare vampire teddy bear. The bear has a reputation for having mystical powers and it has sentimental value. Joe is told the bear is not for sale. How does Joe persuade the store owner to sell it to him and what happens when his wife receives it?
