Like what she requested i brought her to some other place than Tondo Manila. "Hmm... now where should I brought you?" I asked to myself. "Aha! I know. There is this place that I really want to see."
She glanced my way... " Where?"
I looked at her and said, "Basta... Leave it to me." After a long drive we finally arrived at our destination.
"Tagaytay?" she asked.
I nodded as an answer. We started to explore Picnic Grove. We walked through these very very long bridge made of wood. And before we reach the end of the trail, Joyjoy stopped. "Why?"
"I am tired, my feet aches." she answered.
And so I walk towards her and kneel, and tapped my shoulder. "come, I will carry you." and to my surprise she hugged me... hahahaha I am over reacting, she road my back, and i started to walk again. I was very happy now that its like she was hugging me. It feels like I want this trail to never end.
After that we went to a nearest restaurant to eat. I ordered everything I know she would like.
"Grabe ano to? last supper? mamamatay na ba ako bukas?" her reaction when our dinner was served.
"What? I am sorry I didnt understand that." I asked her,
"Bahala ka diyan, mag aral ka ng tagalog para maintindihan mo" Then she had her first bite from the roasted chicken on her plate.
I just smiled at the site of her eating happily. It kinda relieved me even though I know when we get back she will still think of Johan... and her real parents... and all the problems that she has been encountering for a while.
