Izuku Midoriya WAS born with a quirk. His quirk gave him the ability to summon a spell book that he could then preform the spells from and make the potion listed inside. His quirk was dangerous and he that fact led Izuku down the path he was on now.

The spectacular Deku
Izuku was born quirk less but when he gets bitten by a genetically engineered spider that gave him abilities. He trys to use this power for good after his loved one was murdered in cold blood. Follow along with him as he trys to balance school, friends, job and responsibility's all while doing heroic acts as the spectacular spider man.

Izuku Midoriya will possess a wide array of magic spells and abilities, most of which will be taken straight out of Skyrim, that serve to further his goal of becoming the greatest hero to ever exist, from the first quirk all the way to the end of time.
The Virtuoso (villain deku)
At a young age, Izuku Midoriya gave up his dream to become a hero. He didn't have a quirk. He was not special. He longed to be remembered. He wanted to be known. He wanted people to see him, and what he did, and smile. It was only at age 15 did he realize that seeing them suffer may be even more enjoyable, and that the quirk he had never known was a beautifully horrible one indeed.
