In a dystopian world, Earth has been taken over by an alien species called the Mauds whose sole goal and purpose is to impose their culture over the "barbaric" humans. At first, those who were not happy by this new change sought to revert their change by the means of peace, opting for a peaceful return, but this was met with violence by thealiens. Most of the humans that were sure that this aliens will not give back their world left, used technology they had gain from the Mauds to leave for another planet. The ones who were left behind sought to get their world back, whatever the cause.

After the transformation Hope turns out to have a partial amnesia and doesn't remember about his past person. Now he will try to find out who he is and why is he programmed to save humanity.
