Alex was a young girl who lived with her mother and father in New York. They were always out on business trips, so she was practically raising herself. When they were home, they were always fighting. Alex soon left home when she had turned 17, Alex got money for the bus trips and she made her way to Gotham City. And she raised herself here in Gotham. She had met Bruce Wayne
and when they had turned 19, Alex had moved in with Bruce. Alex got a job as a journalist who had became known well in the city. Once The Joker had made his mark on the city, years after things began to get serious with the chaos..she had decided to try and get the evidence she needed to prove that his club needed shut down and that he needed to be in prison. Which..that wasn't a smart choice for Alex. Alex is now trying to survive The Joker's wrath now that his eyes are on her..especially now that him and Harley are broken up.

However, the butler- Alfred Pennyworth- decided to help the father and his daughter. sending a private jet to Boston so it could pick both Y/n and her father up to bring them to gotham. While Y/n's father was getting treated in the hospital, Y/n went on a job hunt. She was allowed to stay in the manor of course but Y/n decided it was best for her to get a small apartment, so she did. Y/n had soon turned nineteen, and she went into training to become a skilled detective for the GCPD. And she hasnt had Any contact with Bruce Wayne even since she arrived at gotham. The only one she talked to was alfred. Bruce of course didnt know that his parents friend had a child. But when he heard the knews. He was most definitely shocked. This girl was also older than him by 11 months. Basically a year. Soon.. the two meet under dire circumstances, her father is dying, and bruce has to help her adapt and overcome. Both of them training in the process under Ras Al' Ghul. Back to Gotham. As friends, maybe more.
