Aris was just 14 when her mother died because of leukaemia, their father already abandoned them that's why at an early age she carried all the responsibilities and obligations for his younger brother.

But when she thought that her trials will end there, well she's wrong when another problem came to her and that's when she was diagnosed with cataplexy, it is a sudden weakness or paralysis that comes during the day and is often triggered by strong emotions. After knowing that she has an illness Aris learns to conquer her emotions and treatment towards other people to save herself from having a cataplexy attack.

Her world became more isolated and dim as before, but the universe itself makes a way to lighten up the darkness around her and that's when she met a stranger in the middle of her contemplation at the night sky...here begins the tryst of the stars.

Danny Gonzalez has spent every day since his wife's death pretending he's still the man he used to be. To everyone else, he's a devoted father, a loving partner, and a man doing his best. But inside, he feels like a hollowed-out version of himself, a person going through the motions while carrying a weight too heavy to bear. His grief has settled deep into his bones, twisting into something darker, something suffocating. No matter how much love surrounds him-from his three children, Max, Sophia, and Emily, to his partner, Drew, and their closest friend, Kurtis-Danny can't shake the feeling that he's drowning in a life that no longer feels like his own. Drew has always been steady, the one person who never wavers, never turns away, never lets go. Their relationship was never meant to be anything more than shared responsibility and support, but over time, the lines blurred. It wasn't something either of them planned-love just found a way in between the late-night talks, the quiet reassurances, and the unspoken understanding between them. But love, no matter how deep, can't erase the scars Danny carries, and it can't make him believe he's worthy of it. Day by day, the weight of his own mind drags him further away from the people who need him most. His body is present, but his soul feels like it's slipping further into a place no one can reach. He knows the world around him is still moving-his children growing, his partner waiting, his best friend watching with quiet concern-but he feels like he's already been left behind. Survival is supposed to be the first step toward healing, but Danny isn't sure he wants to be healed. He isn't sure he deserves it. And as the days pass, as the darkness grows heavier, the question isn't whether he'll be okay-it's whether he can keep pretending long enough for the people who love him to stop hoping he will be.

Always. ••• Sneak peek: I lifted my head and glanced at him, "This is all your fucking fault, Isaac." Isaac didn't hide his bafflement, "My fault?" He repeated. "How-" I cut him off with a shake of my head, "I should have never let you convince me to go out," I breathed out, feeling my eyes prick with unshed tears. I felt anger slowly bubble through me making me stare up at him, "This is all your fault."

[BWWM] I was only twelve years old when the world turned cold. The day my mom died in that car accident, I felt like someone had dumped a bucket of ice water over my heart. My dad, who had always been my hero, suddenly became a stranger, filled with rage and blame. He couldn't see that I was hurting, too; he only saw me as a reminder of his loss. The accusations cut deep. He said it was my fault for being there, for not doing something to save her. For being the reason she was in the car in the first place. In the years that followed, things only got worse. The abuse started gradually-a harsh word here, a shove there-but it escalated, leaving scars that I carried long after the physical pain faded. I was drowning in my own despair, struggling to keep my head above water while my father's anger raged like a storm around me. I only had a break from his anger when I started living with Aunt Dina-my mom's older sister. Well, that was because she found me nearly dead on my bed after I took a dozen pills. I was tired of living. I had hit rock bottom. The harsh whispers that followed me around and the stares at school. I pretended not to notice, like it didn't bother me. But it did. I was alone. Then came Athalia, a ray of sunshine cutting through my darkness. With her, I felt something I hadn't felt in years-happiness. She became my light through the darkness and my lifeline. ••••••••••• ● Warnings ⚠️ ~ Mention of suicide ~ Anxiety attacks ~ Rape attempt ~ Mention of self-harm ~ Depression

Love is strange. It exists in many forms and is one of the key components that makes humans happy, but there isn't a lot of understanding surrounding it. At least not the kind of understanding with which the average person identifies. Agnes is one of the few people that can accept all kinds of love. Despite her dated name, she is a woman in her late 20's dealing with the death of most of her family. She's now stuck in the middle of figuring out how to raise children that she never saw in her future and deciding what love means for her, when it has to exist within layer upon layer of complication. She let go of her boyfriend after almost a decade because their love wasn't meant to exist under the strain of children, only to find herself confronted with the overpowering connection of her old high school sweetheart. The same man she ran away from because their values hardly aligned when it came to how love should be expressed long term. Within the midst of learning how to raise children and balance her ever-building career, Agnes tries to recover from her mother's death, seek comfort without complicating her circumstance, and figure out why her mother would name her Agnes. Finding real comfort starts to feel impossible, as her most available options are her ex-boyfriend and her assistant. Completed! Rejected 6 times** "This one just isn't for us." By far the most plain rejection I have ever received and I can respect it. 1/22/2022 - 1K 9/28/2022 - 10K
