there was something majestic about how the mist covered the water underneath the bridge. can't tell where the water is. can't tell what's down below.

can't tell how deadly the fall is.

he looks down. the only other thing he can see besides his ratty sneakers is the pavement below his feet.

he looks to his right. george is crying.

he looks to his left. dream isn't looking him in the eyes.

he looks up. the sky is gray and dull, like his eyes in the mirror.

he jumps. the fall is beautiful.
