I ship "zhanchengxian" a lot, so expect it to be a background ship😅
I don't own MDZS, nor the characters, except for the oc's Song Anyue, Wan Yunque and Fox. Also, this is partially based on the novel and partially on the TV show (the untamed) and I am writing this from memory, so some stuff will be wrong.

In 2018, Xiao Zhan filmed 'The Untamed'. A lot of things happened since then. He woke up one day at a rather familiar place with some familiar faces. It was the day of his first lesson in Cloud Recesses. Thinking that it was a vivid lucid dream, he broke out of character to satisfy his curiosities. The next day, he still woke up in the same place. Since Wangji grew up, he was taught to follow strict rules and follow them to a T.
