"I'm Sorry"

Izuku was quirkless; that's all there was to it. He was one of the unfortunate beings that were not blessed with a quirk. But, what if the doctor lied to prevent possible disaster?.. What if Izuku had a quirk all along, but it would go haywire at any given chance?.. Izukus' whole world changed once another nightmare filled day finally breaks Izuku completely and makes him use his supposedly 'new' quirk.
