In the city of New Falcon, odd, dangerous jobs called quests are doled out in poorly lit offices for anyone who's brave (or dumb) enough to make a buck or two to take a lump or three- and now young elven sorcerous Maybelline Gwildoak is old enough to do just that! Armed with a menagerie of self taught spells (mostly ones that burn stuff) and all of her required paperwork in proper order she's ready to rock! Maybelline isn't the only one risking her butt to pay the bills though, as she's quickly paired with a group of people who will share in on all the fun danger- and each one will find out just what it means to have each other's backs until the very end...
