A 7 years old girl said to the man standing next to the bed where she's lying. She sounds helpless, dejected even.

A beeping sound from the monitor can be heard while the man stares at the young girl. He let out an 'Of course' that give the girl some hope. Hope to be loved. Hope to be taken care of. Hope to live.

The room become quiet and an old man in white entered the room. He took a few steps forward until he reach his destination; where the girl is.

With a smile plastered on the old man's face, he took out a syringe with a green colored fluid inside. Facing the young girl, he asks, "Missy, are you ready?"
