Elijah Jackson and Gabriel Diaz have always been at each other's necks, literally and figuratively. Since they've started medical school at Georgetown they have been number one and two in all their classes. Always striving to outshine the other and be the best. And it definitely doesn't help that they both find each other attractive, although Elijah would rather swallow a thousand knives than admit that.

When Elijah thinks that he is finally free of Gabriel after starting their residency program he is in for a rude awakening when they both land the same one at Elijah's dream hospital. Their fierce competition following them as well.

Sleepless on-call nights, group study sessions, and lots of coffee runs, Elijah is ready to conquer his first year working in a hospital but is he ready to deal with Gabriel? One thing for certain? Gabriel Fucking Diaz won't win.
