2045, a cataclysmic event decimated the planet, making it mostly bare desert, government collapsed. Air quality dropped to a level where advanced turbofan and turboprop engines couldn't run, gas turbine powered tanks weren't any better. Anything beyond World War II technology became too advanced to produce for the remaining city states and counties that dotted the land. with the decision of the Shensa-Do federation to allow air forces in 1966, WWII fighters and attack aircraft were in ready supply, the big city states bought the blueprints and built the planes selling to any buyer, from early Ki-27's to the most advanced mustangs, spitfires and late model ME-109G's and K's. Because of the barren terrain, the airship became the primary mode of transport, although easy targets for raiders, escort ships were built as flying aircraft carriers. One of these was the 155th Canadian Mercenary Force, Formed in 2049, comprising of mostly MK22 Spitfires. It was led by one of the deadliest pilots to ever fly an airplane, the son of Shensa-Do legend Spencer "JPEG" Duesburry. He was known as: The Pale Flier

So I want to honor that love from into my very first story here on Wattpad! I see very few stories about Nikke, so I will join them. Whether I am somehow popular from this or no one cares about it, I will do this to respect one of my favorite games. Humanity once stood on the top of the world. They ruled the planet with an iron grip. Their rise in technology, industry, engineering, and science were quickly growing. However, an invasion on a worldwide scale had occurred in late 2023. Though there were initial successes in repelling these unknown, mechanical entities. They would eventually start to gain ground through quick adoption of newer variants of their beings and adjusting to counter common military tactics. However, more was needed, so came the introduction of Nikkes, an experimental female soldier that would be the first cybernetic frontline soldier. Even though there were attempts of converting males to such a task, they would become unsuccessful, as it was found out that males were more susceptible to cognitive dissonance and suicide. And so, females ranging from 18 to 30 years of age would remain the main source of Nikkes. As the war raged on, more variants of Nikkes would reinforce or replace the quickly diminishing forces of the world. There would be a significant breakthrough in the Nikkes, with the introduction of the Grimm models of Nikkes. Five Nikkes would be produced by a now defunct company. This squad would be called Goddess. They would be commanded by a special forces Captain Nicholas Miller, and through their first missions, they would further prove the effectiveness of specialized Nikkes and even push the Raptures back some. However, even their efforts would not be enough to stop the tithe of Raptures from encompassing Europe. After many years of fighting, there was one last desperate defense of a structure known as the Ark. Unfortunately, humanity would end up underground where they would spend the next 5 centuries fighting the raptures in smaller scale battles, skirmishes, and special operations. Godslayers is about correcting a mistake. A mistake made by three kid geniuses who inherited a Corporate Technology Empire. They attempt to utilize Dark Tech to change the world with a new generation of technologies. Most important of all this new tech was a clean, efficient and totally renewable source of energy given freely to the world, an attempt to usher Earth into a golden age. They never asked their selves if the world was ready. Battle after battle that claimed nations, oceans and a third of the world's population within one year. By the second year, only three factions remained, political amalgams of financial, military and technological interests. High casualty and destructive rates refined combat, and Dark Tech's emerging technologies- unbridled by energy restrictions- were corrupted into a new version of warfare. The BADB Frames took over the battlefield. Exoskeletal marvels- walking tanks. These suits made the soldiers of the future nearly invincible, while giving them destructive abilities of such raw power and precision that conflict was forever altered. What's left of Dark Tech exists in three Neutral Zones spread throughout the globe. Three "war free" zones that house civilians who wish to remain outside the war. March 17, 2023.. The day of reckoning that has fallen into this world, whoever created this event surely wants our existence to cease.. I dont know who they are, I don't know what they are, they're creatures that look like humans. But they tamed steel itself forging iron warships that radiates fear and destruction, war machines unlike any other. Just.. who are they? Are they even human.. I cant explain what sort of atrocities have i seen, men die gruesomely, more violent than any war i have ever witnessed. Gore flies out of the mangled corpses of the fallen, and yet despite all dead the destruction still reigns, its horrifying to say the least.. i fear that whoever awakened this sleeping giant.. has filled it.. with terrible.. terrible.. resolve.. Unfortunately peace will not last as a more powerful and destruction empire came out of the shadows with new mechs known as Knightmare which was created by The Holy Britannian Empire lead by Charles Zi Britannia who wants to rule Earth and soon the galaxy with his army and wipe out anyone who stands against him and his new empire. Disbite the Alliance were strong and powerful with their Titans, they stand no chance and as the result of it they have to evacuate Earth and made Mars as the Alliance's main base as they rebuild their forces. Due to many pilots were lost during Britannians first strike, they have to recruit young man and women who have lost their parents by Britannian and train them to be the next generations of pilots. One od these Pilots is named Y/n L/n who lost his parents, friends and his home became of Britannian and he seeks revenge on them and trained his whole life to take down Britannian and their empire once for all. Years later he will get his chance when they return to Earth in hopes to battle Britannian once again and make a base within the planet so they can have a fighting chance however Y/n must face challenges while returning to planet Earth but with his Titan partner, his team and his friends, he'll overcome anything he can and will retake Earth and make Britannian pay.
