16 year old Cloe has a lot of issues. The worst one being that when she gets angry all it takes is 15 seconds before a huge burst of energy escapes wiping everyone's memory of everything. She wiped her parents memories when she was 2 and gave up on ever being loved long ago. That changes when she meets someone immune to her 'gift' though. In fact, he has similar issues. I frowned, thrown off "Do i...remember?" "Do you remember..." she starts but her voice falters. She glances down at the sand, biting her lip debating whether to even continue. She then takes a shaky breath and finally looks up. Eyes locking with mine " do you even remember how you got it?" Her question hits me like a slap.
