2132: Jason Aelous, youngest son of the Aelous family who rule the Thessaly system, has been given a suicide mission by his usurper uncle Pelias; traverse beyond Thessaly and towards the edge of the galaxy, where the King Aeetes holds a most rare and valuable resource, the Golden Fleece. If Jason managed to retrieve the Golden Fleece and return alive, then Pelias would return his annexed throne.
In order to give Jason a fighting chance, the Olympian Court, the most powerful rulers of the Grecian Sector, sent his call for help to various warriors, mechanics, and navigators to aid him in this journey. Now, with a crew unlike any other, they set sail on the magnificent spaceship Argo, towards danger and adventure. How far will they go to retrieve the Golden Fleece?
(This was made for the Shaw Rocket Fund Contest, and they had a word limit, so I couldn't put too much in there. I may return to continue writing this when I have some spare time. Anyways, I hope you guys enjoy!)

The Olympians' Quest
The Giant war is over and that means peace at last, right? Wrong. Percy comes home one day to find 9 Olympian gods in his living room. Why, you may ask? Well it appears the gods don't learn from their mistakes as these nine have lost their symbols of power. Zeus' bolt, Hades' helm, Poseidon's trident, Athena's shield Aegis, Aphrodite's mirror, Artemis's hunting knives, Apollo's lyre, Hermes's caduceus and Ares's shield. Percy has been 'voluntold' to take on this quest. Here's the catch: the deities must join him on his journey, for every moment that passes without their symbols, they grow weaker. I have rewritten chapters Four and Five, so that a comprehensive and more malleable comprehension of the philosophy of the science and argument, along with the plausibility that assists the reader greatly. Back and Forth is set in 2040 and 1065-66. The disappearance of a misjudged maverick scientist in 1966; his derelict home; its purchase and full renovation brought the discovery of a clandestine laboratory and, what turned out to be a prototype Time-Machine, found in a hidden cellar. Like an out of control roller coaster my mind was racing. With this golden opportunity thrust into my hand. The time was ripe to do something about the battle at Hastings. Could this humiliation England suffered 974 years previous be reversed? The opportunity would never come again and, it was up to me to set forth and meddle with history. England shall never be invaded and lost again. Secretly, I gather scientists, engineers and close friends to advise and devise ways and means to bring about the reversal of this most ignominious defeat. Would King Harold accept help from these angels? Or are we to him, Satan's demons? What happens next? Will these Wizards from the 21st Century bring England out of the Iron Age into a peaceful, happy and enlightened environment?
