After the fall of the Empire, Luke and Serenity Skywalker built a new Jedi Temple with hopes of training future Jedi to carry on when they are both gone. 

However, Ben Solo, Jedi turned Sith who now goes by the name of Kylo Ren, slaughtered the young Jedi's and burnt the temple to ash. Everyone presumed there were no survivors...but there was.

Zia Kenobi, now eighteen years old lives with her friend Rey on the desert planet of Jakku. After years of nothing interesting ever happening, a droid shows up in search for help for the information he carries  is extremely vital to the "Resistance".

Months have passed since the end of the war against Emperor Palpatine, since Rey lost her dyad in the Force, Ben Solo, and found a new home on the Lars's moisture farm on Tatooine. Ever since she settled in on the desert planet, Rey started training a new order of Jedi, teaching them about the balance of the Force, taking her mind off of what happened on Exegol until after her lessons, because that's when she tries to reach out in the Force to search for him. For Ben Solo. But even after months of trying to reach out to him day after day, Rey still fails, believing he doesn't want to see her. She is frustrated and desperate, and about to give up hope until she finds out about a place existing within the Force, a place existing between time and space: the world between worlds. Could Ben be stuck in the world between worlds? Could he have been alive after all? And can Rey bring him back? All characters and planets are from Lucasfilm/Disney. The fic contains the world between worlds, but I added my own little spin to it. The art is by meadowhayle.
