It's all gone.
The electricity.
The internet.
At first it's nothing. Just a few blackouts here and there.
But after a week people see that it's more. The gas stations can't provide them with gas.
The grocery store can't contact their food providers.
The schools are dark.
The TVs shows a message, and a terrifying one at that.
The government turned it all off, just to study them all.
But they'll turn it all on. For one simple cost.
They give out a list of names.
A list of names that are people too.
And, of course, those people are our story.

The Monroe militia is still in power and they force teens to go into an academy to train as merciless killers. This is where I go. And they are the ones in possession of it. When they run into a girl that claims to be from another planet, the three kids learn about the power given to them and the responsibilities that come along with it. Instantly, they are the most popular people in the galaxy. And for once, popularity couldn't feel more like a curse. Fighting grudges, fear, and distrust, the Chosen humans must travel to the one place on Earth where they might be safe. And with strange new powers, the teenagers struggle to live in the unfamiliar world they thought they knew so well.Concluida
