The Barrows. Another pureblood family from the long lines of Slytherin ancestry. It's 1991, and Elmira and Clyde Barrows' daughter's first year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry has arrived.

The Wizarding World is not safe to our young Ophelia. Under lock and key at Primrose Manor for the most of her young life, she couldn't wait to finally see beyond her small, 750-acre world.

Barely eleven years old, she has her whole life laid out for her. A life sworn to the Ministry, to her parents, to family. She cannot escape the constricting grasp of her magical limitations, nor the very Ophidian Crown that lies unbeknownst to the young girl.

But when that crimson-sealed letter arrives on the Barrows' doorstep, Ophelia's heart swelled. She was ready to go.

Not ready for what was to come.

I try and update at least once a week, on either Saturday or Sunday as I am still in school. (UPDATED) I don't actually have a lot of time at the moment to write, so I usually go on these sporadic days or weeks where I write a chapter every day?? Gosh I don't know but I will try and update soon.

So I am currently writing another story with the same main character but with more backstory and with longer chapters. And a slightly different main idea. If you are interested, it is called "The American Witch In A British World". I just posted the prologue and, in my opinion, that one is much better than this one and I have more of a storyline so it has a purpose and isn't just slightly random things that my mind comes up with. AU what if Harry has a twin who was adopted to a supposed muggle family in America? What if Harry isn't even a Potter? Travel through the discovery of how this all relates to my character, Sienna Foster, with her in this story.
