It was nine years after the war, many have finally started to fully start move past their grief and pain.

But one really never could. That being Harry James Potter. Why? And How?

Well you are cursed with the agony beyond all others once every 24 hours. This curse was placed on him by Voldemort himself right at the time of his death as his failsafe if he lost.

Thus leaving Harry to fight as a wounded soldier to ensure Voldemort doesn't return through the curse. Through Harry's luck, he wasn't some ordinary mage that would probably die in a month. Harry's Magic grew its strength through the pain and adopted causing many inheritances to happen every single day.

It's just that left him very weak and barely able to cast magic afterwards.

Since it was every day Harry silently grew weaker and stronger at the same time in the unbearable agony while hiding it from nearly everyone else besides his family.

And so Harry went through this constant pain for nine years with his family while raising Teddy, Albus and Lily.

That will all change very soon.
