✨ The Same 2.0 (Tsukishima Kei x Reader)

- Note: Some profanities probably? I don't own Haikyuu - just this plot!

"Tsukishima Kei absolutely hated hot-blooded people who got worked up for nothing. People who dedicated their whole lives for something that'll all be for vain. People who didn't know when to stop advancing or going to their limits.

But what Tsukishima Kei hated the most were people who put in no effort at all. People like Sawamura (y/n). There was nothing particularly special about the girl-she had poor grades, she attended school according to her motivation and she was terribly plain. The only thing that she could really be proud of was the fact that her older brother completely over-shadowed her idiocy, so not a lot of people paid her any attention."

This series centres an annoying blonde kid with slight superiority issues who meets a girl who seems like she's always on acid, and her only redeeming quality is being Daichi's younger sister. Although at the surface level the two can be considered complete polar opposites, Tsukishima later realises that maybe he's not different from the Sawamura girl after all when he is given the task to convince the misbehaving student to come back to school regularly.

Should overall be pretty spoiler-free (like it's based just before the spring tournament)? If you haven't finished the first two seasons of the Haikyuu anime or aren't up to speed with the manga...probably...not a good fic to read...I think. HAHA IDK UP TO YOU THO uwu <3

I don't know if this will flop or do as well as the original version, but...I'll do my best to finish this series ^^
