Let's see the future of our past

In this AU the Nara clan are quite strict and overprotective but also loving, kind, loyal, and supportive.
Shikamaru has an abusive mother, he also remembers Yota. Shikamaru was bullied and his teachers neglected him and the village ignored him thinking "oh this is Shikaku's kid he's a genius like his father he'll be fine". This story is in my perspective and how I feel he was treated. And how the rest of the Konoha 13 were treated because we didn't get to see much of their home loves.

Warning: Spoilers to some of the canon in the actual naruto series, blood, and angst

Setting: Before the chunin exams after the Genin test

Characters: Team 7, 8, 9, 10, the Konohamaru corpse, and the sand siblings as well as their sensei's, their parents, the dead, all five kage, the legendary sannin, and a few others.

They are sent to a theater with a mysterious voice who says he is a host but what happens when this host can show you the future. Will they like what they see or will they regret their descision. Shikamaru is anxious but he believes it may help his goals it's a risk but he is well prepared for any outcome. What Shikamaru did not know is some secrets will be revealed.
